Bob Wester is a Real Estate Broker with Ken Haltiner Real Estate with over 20 years of experience in Residential and Commercial real estate. His credentials include a G.R.I. (Graduate Realtor Institute) certification, Tillamook Realtor of The Year in 1999 and 2003, past President of the local Board of Realtors, and presently serving as Executive Officer of the Board of Realtors. Bob has been a local businessman in Tillamook County for many years prior to his association with Ken Haltiner Real Estate. Prior to moving to Tillamook he was associated with Shell Oil Company for several years in the Real Estate Department. Community involvements include board membership on the Tillamook County Chamber of Commerce serving as president for 2 years, a charter member of the Tillamook County Ambassadors, and a charter member and founder of the Tillamook County Rodeo Association, now a past member after 19 years. Bob is also a member of the BPOE #1437, Tillamook Elks. He served on the City of Tillamook Planning Commission and the Tillamook Budget Committee for 12 years. Married to Dee for 53 years, has 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Hi, everyone. I am Cindy Dentel and I am a Realtor with Ken Haltiner Real Estate. I have been in Real Estate since 5/2006 and with the Haltiner group since 10/2007. I was born in Tillamook, attending local schools until graduating from Tillamook High School in 1979. After marrying my high school sweetheart (who was also born in Tillamook) we bought our first home in Netarts, and started our family. With the birth of 3 beautiful children we moved into Tillamook as the children started school. As a mom, I
put my dreams of being a Realtor on hold until my children were raised and started their own adventure in the big world. After completing my Real Estate training, I am now enjoying assisting all clients and customers with all of their Real Estate needs. I am a member and secretary of the Tillamook Board of Realtors, member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), a member of the Oregon Association of Realtors (OAR) and belong to the Tillamook Multiple Listing Service (MLS). I feel that living in Tillamook all of my life, I have the knowledge of the area schools, churches and community programs to help you find the right property and assist in selling your home. I became a real estate broker in 1988 after a 12 year career as a legal secretary. For 13
years I was the manager of the Rockaway Beach branch office of Ken Haltiner Real
Estate. After closing that office I started working out of the Tillamook office located at
2016 Third Street (comer of3rd and Pacific in downtown Tillamook.)
I am a Realtor and belong to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Oregon
Association of Realtors (OAR) as well as the Tillamook County Board of Realtors.
I have received my Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (G.R.I.). This is an NAR
designation awarded to Realtors after successfully completing three 4-day courses
concentrating on ethics and real estate practices and procedures. I continue attending education classes pertain to real estate as well as personal growth. One of my duties as a Realtor is to list properties for sale. When listing a property in order to price it right for best sales results I prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to show what similar properties in the area have sold for within the past year, as well as give you information on similar properties currently for sale that will be competing in the marketplace for potential buyers. Another job as a Realtor is to sell real property. With Multiple Listing Service, it is easy to narrow down a search for the perfect home. We can show those properties listed by other agents and offices as well as our own listings. (Like "one stop shopping"!) If you want information on a home you see while driving by, just give me a call, even if it is listed by another office, and I will find the answers to your questions. I am married to Ken of Ken Haltiner Real Estate. We have three children and three grandchildren. My number one goal is to offer the best service to my clients and customers. KEN HALTINER REAL ESTATE
Ken Haltiner was born and raised in Tillamook County. He spent four years in the U.S.Navy after graduation from high school. After his tour in the Navy, he returned to Tillamook where he married and raised his family.
He became a Realtor in 1975, then opened his own brokerage, Ken Haltiner Real Estate, in 1980.
He is a Graduate of Realtor Institute (G.R.I.). That is an NAR designation bestowed on Realtors after successfully completing numerous hours of education sponsored by NAR and OAR.
Ken Haltiner is a charter member and past president of the Tillamook Rotary Club as well as past Director of the Tillamook County Rodeo Association.
