I became a real estate broker in 1988 after a 12 year career as a legal secretary.  for 13 years I was the manager of the Rockaway Beach branch office of Ken Haltiner Real Estate.  I currently work out of the Tillamook office located at 2016 Third Street (corner of 3rd and Pacific in downtown Tillamook.)

I am a Realtor® and belong to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Oregon Association of Realtors (OAR) as well as the Tillamook County Board of Realtors.

I have received my Graduate Realtor Institute Designation G.R.I.).  This is an NAR designation awarded to Realtors® after successfully completing three 4-day courses concentrating on ethics and real estate practices and procedures.  I continue attending educational classes pertaining to real estate as well as personal growth.

One of my duties as a Realtor® is to list properties for sale.  When listing a property in order to price it right for best sales results I prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to show what similar properties in the area have sold for within the past year, as well as give you information on similar properties currently for sale that will be competing in the marketplace for potential buyers.  Another job as a Realtor is to sell real property.  With Multiple Listing Service, it is easy to narrow down a search for the perfect home.  We can show those properties listed by other agents and offices as well as our own listings.  (Like "one stop shopping!")  If you want information on a home you see while driving by, just give me a call, even if it is listed by another office, and I will find the answers to your questions.

I am married to Ken of Ken Haltiner Real Estate.  We have three children and two grandchildren.
