Josh Matsell has been successfully selling Real Estate in Tillamook County for nearly three years. As the youngest Broker in Tillamook County, Josh has made it a personal goal to absorb all the education he possibly can; this would include over 60 hours of continuing education in his first year, together with Commercial Real Estate Appraisal courses and Real Estate Advanced Practices.

After traveling the continent for 5 years as a Professional Athlete Josh decided to settle down in Tillamook where he was born and raised. Being a Professional Athlete gave Josh the opportunity to meet people and learn how to market products. Therefore, when it comes to meeting new people or Marketing a client’s home, it is no competition for Josh Matsell.
